Suzi once again has been a star Realtor. When we decided to buy our investment property, without hesitation, we went with Suzi after our experience with her in helping our kids get their homes. She is confident in her knowledge of Real Estate and working with client needs. She kept us in the loop with property anomalies such as easements, additional fire insurance needs, solar contract awareness and some home histories. She's an advocate for us in negotiations and explained the process in layman's terms!! I also have to give a big Thank You to her family, as she spent MANY hours with us, over a short period of time to show us houses that were over an hour from her office. Full weekends and weekday evenings to accommodate our urgency to find a house. I can't say enough how grateful we are for that. I HIGHLY recommend Suzi as your Realtor.

We are first time home buyers in a sellers market this year. In such a crazy market, Suzi was still able to show us kindness and patience. She is honest and knows a lot about the market and the houses we looked at. She was also able to consistently be there for us if we saw something we liked. She would get us prompt information and follow through with any questions we had. My husband and I were picky with what we wanted and Suzi stayed positive for us even when we couldn’t be positive ourselves. Finally, after almost giving up, Suzi helped us close escrow on a beautiful home.

We met Suzi Kerston when we wanted to find a new home after ours had been destroyed during the Camp fire. I had always loved the Grass Valley area so we started looking there. I’ve had other realtors in the past for other properties, but I’ve never had one who was as intelligent, helpful, and dedicated as Suzi was. She went out of her way numerous times to show us many different homes and was always very informative. During the closing I couldn’t have had a better experience. She was on top of everything and there were several times we were unable to make it to Grass Valley for an appointment and she would be there for us. I highly recommend Suzi as a realtor if you are choosing to either sell or buy a property.
